While this site is not a browsable website, it is a useful resource. Composed of over 125 downloadable .zip files of recipes from a huge range of regions and cuisines. Includes Indian, Jewish, Cajun, German, Italian, Scottish, Tex-Mex, Turkish, Vietnamese, Creole, Russian, Irish, Pennsylvania Dutch, Ethiopian, Philippine, Greek, Dutch, Thai, Native American, Canadian, Italian, Slovakian, Japanese, British, Indonesian, Mexican, Southwestern, Polish, Puerto Rican, Sri Lankan, and Egyptian recipes.
Cooking Around The World
A large collection of regional recipes worth checking out, Cooking Around the World offers a nice selection of recipes that really do cover most of the world. Recipes are included from Africa, British Isles, Caribbean, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Pacific and Southeastern Asia, and Scandinavia. The site also focuses on American recipes, including Creole/Cajun, Eastern Heartland, New England, East Canadian, Southern, Northwestern, and Southwestern specialties. There is also a large collection of Ethnic American recipes that is very useful. Sections here include Jewish American, Italian American, Polish American, Greek American, and fourteen other Ethnic American categories. This site is still under construction and will include more recipes from Latin America, Middle East, Russia, Spain, Portugal, and Vienna in the future.

Old Scrote's Real Food Cookbook
Less of a cookbook of recipes to try and make in your own kitchen, and more of an exploration of different cuisines and ingredients, this site offers recipes that rely on traditional ingredients and preparation methods. Scrote describes "real food" as being "Food that doesn't come in oven-ready packets or have ingredients with numbers. Food made from things which had dirt on them." With recipes from England, France, Italy, Spain, Middle Europe, Middle East, India, and the Far East, the site has a great range. Even if you never cook a recipe from the site, the information and tongue in cheek descriptions are well worth a visit.
Recipe Source (formerly known as SOAR : Searchable Online Archive of Recipes) is one of the absolute best places on the internet to find recipes of all types. It is an especially useful resource for regional recipes. With over 70,000 recipes, there are thousands and thousands of regional recipes. You can search for recipes by keyword, or browse by general region.
Sally's Place Ethnic Cuisine
Every month the talented writers at Sally's Place, one of our favorite food and travel publications, visit a different region or country and talk about the food, geography, and culture of a different culture. In addition to useful information about ingredients and techniques, they also include a selection of fantastic recipes.
