Part of the Savoring Series, which is one of my favorite series of books about Regional Cuisine, Savoring Tuscany is a beautiful book filled with sumptuous recipes and delectable writing about the cuisine and culture of Tuscany. As with all the books in the series, Savoring Tuscany is put together beautifully and all of the recipes are well written and presented. The recipes that we tested were all superb and the book is an excellent source for fans of Tuscan cuisine.
Recipe - Grilled Thai Pork Sandwiches

These easy sandwiches are a favorite of Angela Peters' family and are easy to make.
Grilled Thai Pork Sandwiches

1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh garlic
2 tablespoons fresh mint
2 tablespoons fresh ginger
1 tablespoon garlic chili paste
8 boneless pork chops
Combine the soy sauce, garlic, mint, ginger, and chile paste in a bag. Add pork chops. Shake and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Grill over high heat until browned and cooked in the center. Serve on the rolls.
